The 2015 Winter Outdoor Retailer Show was filled with loads of new and updated products. Some seemed gimmicky or unnecessary, while others look like great solutions for the trail. Here are some of the newest products for 2015:

Hydrapak is a company I had never heard of before. They are based in California and make hydration bladders, bottles, and more. The product that intrigued me most was their collapsible soft walled bottles. The aptly named “Stash” bottle holds 750 ml and is 68 grams. When not in use, the top and bottom that snap together for easy storage and transport. When collapsed it is only 2″ tall. The 750 ml is available now. MSRP: $17.99. Jetboil has added two new cook pots to their line. The first is for the ultralight backpacker. The other is on the opposite side of the spectrum which aims to please a crowd!

It looks like Jetboil got rid of the Sol Ti and Sol Al to make room for this version. It weighs in at 11 oz and has a .8 liter capacity. MSRP: $99.00. Release date TBA.

The Jetboil Joule is a six-time award winning group cook pot. Perfect for scout trips or a weekend with friends, this 2.4 liter pot is large enough to keep a crowd satisfied. My favorite feature? You can simmer anything you’d like! Hot chocolate, anyone? MSRP: $200.00.
