Welcome to the NH 4000 Footer Resource Page! Click on an image (each peak is listed alphabetically) to view a trip report that includes that peak. Eventually each image will go to a new resource page with information and maps that will include links to trip reports. Have a question or a comment? Leave me a note below! You may also want to check out other lists in New Hampshire (and beyond!) for peakbagging, my picks for the best 4000 footers for beginners, and the resources you need to hike the 4000 footers!

Thanks, Jason! It is a work in progress. Eventually each photo will lead to a comprehensive guide to each peak instead of just one trip report. Slowly but surely 🙂

Love the photos that accompany each of the 48 4K mountain names. This is the most beautiful depiction of each I have ever seen. You should consider making it into a poster! Thank you for your site and all of your insightful tips!

Thank you, thank you! The poster is actually a great idea! I’m in the process of creating an Etsy shop and some posters would be great to add 🙂 Thanks for reading!

Just exploring your blog. I love it! I hiked extensively as a kid growing up in Southern Maine and recently moved back after 15+ years away. The hiking bug is back Started the Belknaps and Ossipees with my 11 year old!!

HI! Looking to start hiking my first 4000 footers this April. Suggestions for the first 5-10 as it is still fairly cold/first time hiking them? Thanks! 🙂

Just wanted to tell you how much I like your pictures! My friend and I are planning on doing the Presidentials the day after finals end this June. Any advice?
